Identity exploration of a small-scale food market in Ohio. This concept is the passion project of a local chef wanting an establishment where he can prepare small plates and other convenience goods, like sandwiches, a small salad bar, and coffee. Limited seating would provide an intimate feeling, while locally-sourced goods & services remain the heart of the operation.
